Noah Eastman Pond

 If you forget someone’s name in Lovell, try “Eastman.” There are so many Eastmans around you might just be right. And of course there’s beautiful Eastman Hill and Noah Eastman Pond all related to a man who has been described as “the first known white person to explore Lovell—as a trapper” around 1777.
